Thanks for joining us for some pickleball! We do our best to provide a safe and clean space for you to enjoy the game. And before you play, we need you to understand a few things:

You Play at Your Own Risk
Pickleball is fun—but like any sport, there's a chance you could get hurt (slips, trips, falls, etc.). By continuing, you accept those risks. You agree not to hold PICKLEHOLIC, its volunteers, staff, or partners responsible if you or your friends get injured or your belonging gets damaged or stolen during play unless the damage comes from Pickleholic or staff's obvious negligence.

You're Healthy Enough to Play
You confirm that you and your friends are in good fit for the sport and able to safely participate. While we will try our best to help, Pickleholic is not responsible for any issue happened because of your health conditions.

Medical Help (Just in Case)
If something happens and you or your friends need medical attention, you give us permission to get help and understand you're responsible for any costs.

You Treat Everyone with Respect
Please treat our staff and fellow players with kindness and respect. Let's work together to keep our facility fun and safe for everyone by avoiding any violence or aggression. We have a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive actions, and anyone exhibiting such behaviour will be asked to leave the premises without refund.

You Treat Equipment with Care
When you rent a paddle, just give it a quick look to make sure it's in good shape. If something seems off or not working right, let us know before you play.

Non Staff Hours
During non-staff hours, the venue is usually a little quiet, please be safe. If you need emergency help during this time, please call "000". Any enquiries, please call the reception desk to speak to someone. Players can switch courts and play on courts they want. Again, Pickleholic will not be liable for any damage especially injuries unless the damage is genuine and it comes from Pickleholic's obvious negligence.

Photos & Social Media (Optional)
You acknowledge and are comfortable that we sometimes take photos for social media or promotions. If you'd prefer not to be included, please let us know at the start of your session.
By playing at PICKLEHOLIC, checking in for a booking, or otherwise entering our facility, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this waiver on behalf of yourself and any guests in your party.
